Jury finds local man guilty of police battery

A two-day jury trial at the Bonneville County Courthouse ended Tuesday with a guilty verdict against a 33-year-old Idaho Falls resident for felony battery on a peace officer and a misdemeanor charge for resisting and obstructing a peace officer.
