City says Blackfoot sewer manhole vandalism that damaged several homes can be considered act of domestic terrorism

BLACKFOOT — The City is asking for the public’s help regarding a recent act of vandalism involving a sewer manhole located on Hill View Drive, just off E. Walker Street.
