Accusations of tire slashing, intimidation surface in Caldwell City Council race

As Caldwell’s municipal races enter their final week, the daughter of a city council candidate is alleging that her mother’s tires were slashed and that a toy truck with “ICE” printed on the side was left at her campaign headquarters.
