Heber City Main Street Park makeover inches closer to final design

The transformation began with the $3.5 million construction of the bandshell and paving a portion of 200 South in June. Two months before that, architect Roger Brooks published a 134-page concept design plan featuring an ice ribbon, splash pad and kiosks for community vendors. It came with a price tag of $23 million.
