Police: Gang-affiliated felon breaks woman's nose, slashes tires, threatens witnesses in violent spree

CHUBBUCK — A 40-year-old felon faces numerous criminal charges after police say he attacked a local woman, threatened several others with a knife and slashed the tires of a pickup truck.
