‘Community, culture and collective efficacy’ — Lincoln Elementary honored

Lincoln Elementary’s efforts to provide for “special populations of students” — English learners, migrants, students experiencing homelessness, etc. — have paid off, as the school recently received recognition as a National ESEA Distinguished School.
